More reviews.
Higher on the map.
More calls.

For small businesses that people find by searching nearby. Garages, salons, clinics, barbers, dentists. You are already good at the job. This is about being the one they ring at nine on a Tuesday night.

Twelve reviews in ninety days, or month four is free.

How it works

Four things, in order

  1. 01

    Tap on the counter

A customer pays, holds their phone near the stand, and your Google review page opens. No app to download, no typing, no hunting for you by name.

  2. 02

    Reviews come in

Most people write one there and then, while the job is still fresh in their head. Every review gets a reply from us inside 48 hours.

  3. 03

    You climb the map

Google ranks the local map on review count, recent activity and how complete your profile is. We keep all three moving in the right direction.

  4. 04

    More calls

Being third instead of ninth is the difference between being seen and being scrolled past. That is the whole point of the exercise.

The kit

The Nearside Tap

A stand for the counter and five cards for whoever takes the payment.

There is an NFC chip inside and a printed QR code on the front. The customer holds their phone near it and your Google review page opens on their screen. It works on every phone sold since about 2018, and on the older ones the QR code does the same job.

What turns up

  • Two counter stands, heavy enough that they stay where you put them
  • Five staff cards, credit card size, for pockets
  • Printed with your name and your colours
  • NFC chip inside, printed QR code on the front
  • Goes to your Google review page and nowhere else
  • Free replacements when one walks off

On the wording

The stand says "Tell us how we did on Google." Nothing about stars, nothing offered in return. That is Google's rule, and it is also what stops your reviews being wiped six months from now.

What you get

  • Your Google profile rebuilt and kept right
  • Two counter stands and five staff tap cards
  • Every review replied to within 48 hours
  • One page at the start of every month

About your website

It is not in the price, because most businesses already have one and I am not charging you monthly for something you have got. If yours is slow or it is costing you money every month, I will time it against the business ranking above you and show you both numbers. If it is fine, I will tell you that instead. Building one is a separate job at £950, done once, hosting included.

The guarantee

Twelve new Google reviews in your first ninety days, or month four is free.

One condition: the stand stays out on the counter while you are open. That is all. I am not going to make it depend on your staff asking every single customer, because neither of us can police that.

Twelve is what I will put in writing. Most get past twenty, and your monthly page tells you which way it is going from week two, so a miss is never a surprise in month four.

Written into the terms, not just said on a website.

Reporting

One page, at the start of every month

No dashboard to log into and no forty page export. One page that says what moved, what I did, and how you sit against the two nearest businesses like yours. Below is the format, filled in with a worked example.

Calls we caught

about £93

4 calls rang out this month. We texted 4 of them back and 3 replied.

3 enquiries, assuming one in 4 would have booked, at your median job of £124.

Showing up in AI answers

September 2026

54/100

Mentioned in 61% of answers across Google Gemini, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI answers.

AI is citing: google.com, millroadmotors.co.uk, yell.com, autotrader.co.uk.

Up from 38 last month. Your own site is now being cited, which it was not in August, and that is the prices page doing its job.

If nothing changes, about 70 in 2 months. 3 months, up 8 a month on average. If that carries on, 70 in 2 months. Looking 2 ahead because there are only 2 behind.

Nobody can guarantee an AI mentions you. What we can do is make sure the answer is there to be found, in a form the models can read.

The ninety day guarantee

Day 65 of 90

16 of 12 reviews

1.7 a week. Target cleared.

Past the twelve on day forty one. You are running at 1.7 a week, so you should clear twenty as well before the ninety days are up.

What we do next

Nothing on the list this month. Every check we run came back the way it should, so the work this month is keeping it there.

What it means

Nine reviews in the month, all replied to inside half a day. You passed High Street Autocentre on rating and you are now four ahead of them on new reviews this quarter. Quadrant still has the bigger pile, but they added three this month and you added nine. Keep the stand out on the counter through October and that gap closes by spring.

Questions

The ones I get asked

What do I actually have to do?
Leave the stand out on the counter. That is the only thing the guarantee depends on. Staff asking makes a real difference and I will show you the numbers either way, but I am not going to make your refund hang on whether a Saturday lad remembered.
Is asking for reviews allowed?
Asking is fine. Offering anything in return is not, and nor is asking only the customers you think are happy. The stand wording is deliberately neutral so you stay on the right side of it.
What happens when someone leaves a bad one?
I reply inside 48 hours, politely, in public. A calm reply on a bad review reads better to the next customer than the review itself reads badly.
How long before I see anything?
Reviews start in the first week. Map position usually moves between six and ten weeks in. Anyone telling you faster than that is guessing.
Am I tied into a contract?
Three months, then rolling monthly. After that, thirty days notice by email and we are done, no argument and no retention offer.
Do I need a new website?
Probably not, and it is not in the price. If yours is slow enough to be costing you customers I will time it against your competitor and show you both numbers. If it is fine I will say so. A new one is a separate one off job, and you own it either way.
Does this work for my kind of business?
If your customers find you by searching for what you do near where they live, yes. Garages, salons, clinics, barbers, dentists, vets, gyms, driving instructors. If you sell to other businesses, or you post orders all over the country, this is the wrong thing for you and I will tell you so on the phone.
What if it does not work?
Twelve new Google reviews in your first ninety days or month four is free. Twelve is the number I will sign for. Most businesses get past twenty, but I would rather promise the one I can keep in a quiet January.
